condition of your vehicle at the time of service;
— GPS or route data associated with technician travel to your service

— Records of service refusals, terminations, or special circumstances
associated with your appointment.
SENSITIVE INFORMATION
ZS Clean does not intentionally collect sensitive categories of personal
information such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious
beliefs, health data, or biometric data. If any such information is incidentally
disclosed to us in the course of a service interaction (for example, in
connection with a biohazard disclosure), it will be used solely for the purpose
of safely and appropriately performing or declining to perform the requested
service and will not be used for any other purpose.
2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
ZS Clean San Diego LLC processes your personal information for the following

— To schedule, confirm, manage, and deliver automotive detailing services;

— To enforce our Booking & Cancellation Policy, including the collection of
deposits, cancellation fees, no-show fees, and other authorized charges;

— To authorize ZS Clean technicians to access your service location and,
where necessary, move or reposition your vehicle during service.
BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION AND COMMUNICATIONS
— To respond to your inquiries, complaints, and customer service requests;
— To send administrative and operational communications, including policy
updates, service changes, and account notifications;
— To manage customer accounts, profiles, and service history records;
— To maintain accurate business records and accounting documentation;
— To conduct internal audits, quality assurance reviews, and technician
performance assessments.
MARKETING AND PROMOTIONS
— To send marketing communications, promotional offers, seasonal campaigns,
and service announcements to customers who have opted in to receive such
communications or who have an existing service relationship with ZS Clean;
— To display your review, testimonial, or before-and-after photographs of
your vehicle (subject to Section 12 of ZS Clean's Terms of Service) on
our social media channels, website, and marketing materials;
— To operate referral programs, loyalty programs, and promotional campaigns.
SAFETY AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE
— To protect the safety and security of ZS Clean technicians, customers,
and the public;
— To investigate and respond to reports of hazardous vehicle conditions,
safety incidents, or biohazard exposures;
— To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, unauthorized bookings,
fraudulent chargebacks, policy violations, and abusive conduct;
— To comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations,
including California privacy law;
— To assert, exercise, or defend legal claims in connection with disputes,
chargebacks, collections, or litigation.
TECHNOLOGY, AUTOMATION, AND BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT
— To operate and improve our website, booking platform, and digital tools;
— To process your data through automated workflows, integration platforms,
and AI-assisted systems used to streamline scheduling, communications,
invoicing, and business operations;
— To use aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized data derived from customer
interactions to analyze service trends, improve operational efficiency,
and enhance our service offerings;
— To train or improve AI systems, automation workflows, or operational
processes using data that has been appropriately de-identified or aggregated,
to the extent permitted by applicable law; and
— To manage and improve our customer relationship management systems and
communications infrastructure.
3. WHAT LEGAL BASES DO WE RELY ON TO PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
ZS Clean San Diego LLC processes personal information on the following legal
bases, consistent with applicable privacy law, including the California Consumer
Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):
(a) Performance of a Contract. We process your personal information as
necessary to book, confirm, schedule, and deliver the automotive detailing
services you have requested, to enforce our Booking & Cancellation Policy,
and to process payment for services rendered. Without this processing,
we cannot provide our services.
(b) Legitimate Business Interests. We process certain personal information
where necessary to pursue our legitimate business interests, including:
maintaining accurate service and financial records; detecting and
preventing fraud and policy abuse; protecting the safety of our
technicians and customers; improving our operational processes and
service quality; and defending against legal claims. We balance our
legitimate interests against your privacy rights and process only the
minimum information necessary for these purposes.
(c) Legal Obligation. We may process your personal information where required
to comply with applicable federal, state, or local law, including tax and
accounting obligations, regulatory requirements, and lawful requests from
government authorities.
(d) Consent. Where required by applicable law, we process your personal
information only with your prior consent. This includes sending marketing
communications by email or SMS to customers who do not have an existing
service relationship with ZS Clean, using your vehicle photographs for
external marketing purposes, and sharing your personal information for
purposes beyond those described in this Policy. You may withdraw your
consent at any time by contacting us at support@zscleansandiego.com.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing
conducted prior to withdrawal.
(e) Vital Interests. In rare circumstances, we may process personal information
where necessary to protect the vital interests of any individual, including
in connection with emergency situations, undisclosed biohazard exposures,
or safety incidents occurring during service delivery.
4. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
ZS Clean San Diego LLC does not sell your personal information to third parties
for their independent commercial or marketing purposes. We may share your
personal information in the following circumstances:
THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
We share personal information with third-party vendors, service providers, and
technology platforms that process data on our behalf and under our direction,
solely for the purposes described in this Policy. These currently include:
Zenbooker — scheduling, booking management, and customer portal operations.
Your name, contact information, service address, vehicle details, and
appointment history are processed through Zenbooker to facilitate booking
and scheduling.
Stripe — payment processing. Your payment card information, billing address,
and transaction data are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified
payment processor. ZS Clean does not store full card numbers on its own
servers. Stripe's privacy policy is available at https://stripe.com/privacy.
SmartSuite — operations and project management. Service records, customer
notes, and operational data may be stored and managed through SmartSuite
to support internal workflow and business management.
Zapier — workflow automation. Zapier is used to connect and automate data
transfers between our operational platforms, including triggering booking
confirmations, follow-up communications, and internal notifications.
Brevo — email and SMS marketing communications. Your email address and
phone number may be used by Brevo to deliver appointment confirmations,
reminders, follow-ups, and marketing communications on our behalf.
Google Workspace and Gmail — business communications and document management.
Customer communications and service records may be stored and managed
through Google Workspace tools.
Google Sheets — data analysis and operational reporting. Aggregated service
and scheduling data may be analyzed through Google Sheets for internal
business reporting purposes.
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager — website analytics and performance
tracking. These tools collect usage data from the Site to help us understand
visitor behavior and improve the Site's performance. Data collected through
these tools may be processed on Google's servers.
Webflow — website hosting and content management. Our website is hosted
through Webflow, which processes standard web server logs and technical data
in connection with Site operation.
All third-party service providers are contractually required to process your
personal information only for the purposes for which it was shared, to implement
appropriate security measures, and to comply with applicable privacy law.
LEGAL REQUIREMENTS AND PROTECTION OF RIGHTS
ZS Clean may disclose your personal information where required by law or where
we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to:

BUSINESS TRANSFERS
If ZS Clean San Diego LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, asset sale,
financing, or other business transaction, your personal information may be
transferred to the successor entity as part of that transaction. We will

law, will provide you with additional notice and an opportunity to opt out
prior to the transfer taking effect.
AGGREGATED AND DE-IDENTIFIED DATA

6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
ZS Clean San Diego LLC retains your personal information for as long as necessary
to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, as described in this Policy,
and as required or permitted by applicable law. The following general retention
principles apply:
Service and Booking Records. Records of booked, completed, cancelled, or
refused services — including appointment details, inspection notes, vehicle
information, service history, and technician records — are retained for a
minimum of five (5) years from the date of the last service interaction to
support warranty claims, dispute resolution, legal proceedings, and regulatory
compliance.
Financial and Payment Records. Transaction records, invoices, receipts, and
payment history are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years from the date
of the transaction to comply with California tax and accounting requirements
and applicable federal law.
Stored Payment Methods. Payment method data stored through Stripe for
cancellation enforcement and recurring billing is retained for the duration
of your active customer relationship with ZS Clean and deleted upon your
written request, subject to any outstanding balance obligations or active
dispute proceedings.
Communications Records. Email, SMS, and phone communications related to
service delivery, complaints, or legal matters are retained for a minimum
of three (3) years.
Marketing and Preference Data. Contact information and marketing preference
records for customers who have opted in to marketing communications are
retained until you opt out, withdraw consent, or request deletion.
Website and Analytics Data. Technical usage data and analytics collected
through the Site are retained in aggregated or de-identified form for up
to two (2) years for the purpose of Site improvement and performance analysis.
Photographic and Video Records. Photographs and videos of vehicles taken
for quality assurance and documentation are retained for a minimum of one
(1) year or for the duration of any active dispute or legal proceeding,
whichever is longer. Photographs used in marketing may be retained
indefinitely.
Legal Holds. Where ZS Clean reasonably anticipates or is engaged in
litigation, regulatory proceedings, or a formal dispute, relevant personal
information will be preserved until the matter is fully resolved, regardless
of the retention periods stated above.
When personal information is no longer required for the purposes described
above, it will be securely deleted, anonymized, or de-identified in accordance
with ZS Clean's data retention and disposal procedures.
7. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
ZS Clean San Diego LLC implements commercially reasonable administrative,
technical, and physical security measures designed to protect your personal
information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or
destruction. These measures include, but are not limited to:
— Use of PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processors (Stripe) to handle
all payment card data;
— Transmission of data over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) between your
browser and our Site;
— Access controls that limit employee and contractor access to personal
information on a need-to-know basis;
— Use of reputable, security-compliant third-party software platforms with
their own appropriate security certifications and data protection measures;
— Regular review of our data collection, storage, and processing practices; and
— Employee and contractor awareness of privacy and security obligations.
IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS
While we take the protection of your personal information seriously, no method
of electronic transmission or data storage is completely secure. ZS Clean cannot
guarantee absolute security and does not warrant that your personal information
will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed in an unauthorized
manner.
In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights
or freedoms, ZS Clean will notify affected individuals in accordance with
applicable California breach notification law (California Civil Code Section
1798.82 and related statutes).
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of any
account credentials associated with ZS Clean's booking platform or customer

believe your account has been compromised.
8. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
No. ZS Clean San Diego LLC does not knowingly collect, solicit, or process
personal information from individuals under the age of 18 ("minors"). Our
services are intended exclusively for adults who are legally authorized to
contract for and authorize automotive detailing services.
If you are under 18 years of age, you are not permitted to use our Site,
create an account, or book any services with ZS Clean.
If ZS Clean becomes aware that personal information has been collected from a
minor without verifiable parental or guardian consent, we will take prompt steps
to delete that information from our systems. If you are a parent or legal
guardian and believe that your minor child has submitted personal information to
ZS Clean without your consent, please contact us immediately at
support@zscleansandiego.com or by calling (760) 802-0086 and we will
investigate and take appropriate action.
9. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
Depending on your location and the applicable privacy laws, you may have certain
rights regarding your personal information. The rights available to California

personal information ZS Clean has collected about you, the sources from
which it was collected, the purposes for which it is used, and the
categories of third parties with whom it is shared.
(b) Correction. Request that ZS Clean correct any inaccurate or incomplete
personal information we maintain about you.
(c) Deletion. Request that ZS Clean delete your personal information, subject
to certain exceptions, including where the information is needed to
complete a transaction, fulfill a legal obligation, pursue or defend legal
claims, or for other purposes permitted by applicable law.
(d) Portability. Request a copy of certain personal information that you have
provided to us in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
(e) Opt-Out of Marketing Communications. Opt out of receiving marketing
emails or SMS messages from ZS Clean at any time by:
— Clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email;
— Replying STOP to any marketing SMS message; or
— Contacting us at support@zscleansandiego.com.
Note: Opting out of marketing communications does not opt you out of
transactional or service-related communications, such as appointment
confirmations, arrival notifications, and payment receipts.
(f) Withdraw Consent. Where ZS Clean processes your personal information
based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time by
contacting us at support@zscleansandiego.com. Withdrawal of consent does
not affect the lawfulness of any processing conducted prior to withdrawal.
(g) Non-Discrimination. ZS Clean will not discriminate against you for
exercising any of your privacy rights. We will not deny you services,
charge different prices, provide a different level of service quality, or
suggest that you will receive different treatment as a result of exercising
your privacy rights.

To protect the security of your personal information, ZS Clean may need to
verify your identity before processing your request. We will respond to
verifiable requests within the timeframes required by applicable law, and
in no event later than forty-five (45) days from receipt of a complete and
verifiable request.
10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature that sends a signal to
websites and online services requesting that they not track your browsing
activity across third-party websites. At this time, there is no universally
accepted technical standard for recognizing or responding to DNT signals, and
no consistent industry standard has been established.
Currently, ZS Clean's website does not alter its data collection or usage
practices in response to DNT browser signals. We continue to operate the Site
and its analytics and tracking tools as described in Section 5 of this Policy,
regardless of whether a DNT signal is detected.
If a future standard for DNT recognition and compliance is adopted and ZS Clean
is required under applicable law to honor such signals, this Policy will be
updated accordingly.
You may manage your cookie and tracking preferences directly through your browser
settings or through opt-out tools provided by advertising networks, as described
in Section 5 of this Policy.
11. DO UNITED STATES RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?
Yes. Residents of certain U.S. states, including California, have specific
privacy rights under applicable state law. The following provisions apply to
California residents and, to the extent applicable, residents of other states
with comprehensive privacy statutes.
CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS — CCPA AND CPRA
The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy
Rights Act of 2020 (collectively, the "CCPA/CPRA"), provides California
consumers with specific rights regarding their personal information.

In the preceding twelve (12) months, ZS Clean has collected the following
categories of personal information from consumers:
A. Identifiers. Name, alias, postal address, email address, phone number,
IP address, account name, and other similar identifiers.
B. Customer Records Information. Name, address, telephone number, and
financial information, including payment card details processed through
our payment processor.
C. Commercial Information. Records of services purchased or considered,
appointment history, service notes, and transaction history.
D. Internet or Other Electronic Network Activity. Browsing history on our
Site, search queries, interaction with our Site's content and features,
and referral source data.
E. Geolocation Data. General geographic location derived from IP address
and service address provided at the time of booking.
F. Audio, Electronic, Visual, or Similar Information. Photographs and
video recordings of vehicles and service locations captured during
service delivery.
G. Inferences Drawn from Other Information. Customer profiles and
preferences derived from service history, communication preferences,
and booking behavior, used to improve service and communications.
Categories of Personal Information Sold or Shared
ZS Clean does NOT sell personal information to third parties as defined under
the CCPA/CPRA. ZS Clean does not share personal information for cross-context
behavioral advertising.
California Consumer Rights
Under the CCPA/CPRA, California residents have the right to:
(a) Know — Request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of
personal information collected, the categories of sources, the business
purpose for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom
the information has been shared.
(b) Delete — Request deletion of personal information collected, subject
to exceptions permitted by law, including information required to
complete transactions, comply with legal obligations, or defend legal
claims.
(c) Correct — Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
(d) Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing — California residents have the right to
opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information. As noted
above, ZS Clean does not sell or share personal information for
cross-context behavioral advertising.
(e) Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information — California residents
may request that ZS Clean limit the use of sensitive personal
information to uses necessary to perform the services requested.
ZS Clean does not use sensitive personal information for purposes
beyond those necessary to deliver our services and comply with law.
(f) Non-Discrimination — ZS Clean will not discriminate against California
residents who exercise their CCPA/CPRA rights.

Only you, or an authorized agent that you designate in writing, may submit a
request on your behalf. Requests must include sufficient information to allow
ZS Clean to reasonably verify your identity. ZS Clean will respond to verifiable
requests within forty-five (45) days, with the possibility of one extension of
an additional forty-five (45) days where reasonably necessary, with prior notice.
You may submit up to two (2) verifiable requests within any twelve (12) month
period.
California Shine the Light Law
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 ("Shine the Light") permits California
residents who have an established business relationship with ZS Clean to request
information about whether ZS Clean has shared their personal information with
any third parties for direct marketing purposes. ZS Clean does not share personal
information with third parties for their independent direct marketing purposes.

12. CONSENT TO RECEIVING APPOINTMENT REMINDERS AND SUPPORT VIA TEXT
By providing your mobile phone number to ZS Clean San Diego LLC at the time of
booking or in connection with any service inquiry, you expressly consent to
receive SMS text messages from ZS Clean at the phone number provided. These
messages may be sent using automated dialing technology or manual messaging
systems, and may include:
Transactional and Service Messages:
— Appointment booking confirmations;
— Appointment reminder messages (sent 24–48 hours prior to your scheduled
appointment);
— Technician arrival notifications and dispatch updates;
— Requests for vehicle access or readiness confirmation;
— Post-service follow-up messages and satisfaction inquiries;
— Payment requests, invoice links, and receipts; and
— Cancellation, rescheduling, and policy enforcement notifications.
Marketing and Promotional Messages (where opted in):
— Seasonal promotions, service discounts, and special offers;
— Referral program invitations;
— Maintenance reminders and re-engagement campaigns; and
— Company announcements and new service introductions.
MESSAGE AND DATA RATES
Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan and
rate schedule. ZS Clean is not responsible for any charges or fees imposed by
your wireless carrier in connection with SMS messages. Message frequency varies
based on your level of service activity.
HOW TO OPT OUT
— To opt out of marketing SMS messages only: Reply STOP to any promotional
text message from ZS Clean.
— To opt out of all SMS communications from ZS Clean, including transactional
messages: Email support@zscleansandiego.com with the subject line "SMS
Opt-Out" and include your name and phone number.
Please be aware that opting out of transactional SMS communications — including
appointment confirmations, reminders, and arrival notifications — may impair ZS
Clean's ability to deliver timely service information to you. ZS Clean is not
responsible for missed appointment information or service disruptions resulting
from your election to opt out of SMS communications.

SMS messaging is subject to the terms of service of your wireless carrier and
the applicable provisions of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). By
opting in, you certify that you are the account holder or have the account
holder's permission to enroll the provided number.
13. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?
Yes. ZS Clean San Diego LLC reserves the right to update, revise, or modify this
Privacy Policy at any time. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of
this Policy when changes are made. For material changes — those that significantly
affect your privacy rights or how we handle your personal information — we will
provide additional notice through one or more of the following means:

TO DELETE YOUR INFORMATION
To request deletion of your personal information, contact us at
support@zscleansandiego.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and
include your full name, email address, and phone number so that we can verify
your identity and locate your records.
Please note that ZS Clean may retain certain personal information even following
a deletion request where retention is required or permitted by applicable law,
including:
— To complete a pending transaction or enforce an outstanding obligation;
— To comply with a legal obligation (including tax, accounting, or regulatory
requirements);
— To detect, prevent, or investigate security incidents, fraud, or illegal
activity;
— To exercise or defend legal claims in connection with pending or threatened
litigation or regulatory proceedings; or
— For other purposes permitted under the CCPA/CPRA or applicable law.
Where deletion of certain information is not possible due to the above
exceptions, ZS Clean will inform you of the reason and, where feasible, restrict
further processing of that information beyond the purpose for which its retention
is required.
ZS Clean will confirm receipt of a deletion request within ten (10) business
days and complete the deletion or provide a response within the timeframe
required by applicable law.
