WHAT MAY BE EXPECTED
Light dampness shortly after an extraction can happen and should steadily improve as the interior airs out. Saturated or squishy material, pooled water, or heavy transfer to clothing is not the same thing.
SAFE TO TRY- Park somewhere dry and ventilate only when weather and security allow.
- Use fresh-air ventilation while driving rather than recirculating humid cabin air.
- Remove damp removable mats and let them dry separately. Do not seal a damp interior overnight.
CONTACT US PROMPTLY IFThe material is saturated, transfers substantial water, is not clearly improving, remains damp the next morning, or develops an odor. For a service concern, send a written description and photos within 24 hours so we can review it.
Email photos for reviewSTOP AND GET HELP IFMoisture is near exposed electrical equipment and you notice warning lights, heat, smoke, sparking, or a burning smell. Leave the vehicle and use appropriate roadside or emergency assistance.

WHAT IT MAY MEAN
A musty odor may indicate lingering moisture or another source and is worth checking promptly. It should not be dismissed as a normal product scent.
SAFE TO TRY- Check beneath removable mats and stand damp mats up to dry.
- Ventilate in a safe, dry setting when weather and security permit.
- Avoid masking the odor with fragrance; it makes the source harder to assess.
CONTACT USIf the odor is present at pickup, appears later, returns after ventilation, becomes stronger, or comes with persistent dampness, email photos and a written description within 24 hours for a service review.
Email the concernURGENTIf anyone experiences severe breathing difficulty or another serious physical reaction, leave the vehicle and seek appropriate medical help.
-
WHY IT MAY HAPPEN
A slow start, no-start, or battery warning can have several causes. This page cannot diagnose the cause or determine whether detailing contributed. A starting problem is not treated as an expected result of detailing.
SAFE NEXT STEPTurn off unnecessary accessories and stop repeated start attempts. Follow the exact procedure in the vehicle owner’s manual or contact roadside assistance.
TELL USPhotograph the exact warning and note when the problem began. For a service concern, email that written description and photo within 24 hours. Texting a question does not replace the emailed concern.
Email the concernSTOP AND GET HELP IFYou see a stop-safely or electrical-fault warning, smoke, a burning smell, hissing, swelling, unusual heat, or the vehicle is stranded somewhere unsafe. Do not touch orange cabling or high-voltage components. Generic jump-start instructions are not appropriate for every vehicle, especially EVs and hybrids.
-
WHAT MAY BE EXPECTED
A mild cleaning-product scent can be noticeable while the interior airs out and should become less noticeable with ventilation.
SAFE TO TRYVentilate in a shaded, secure place when weather permits. Do not leave the vehicle running unattended or in an enclosed area.
CONTACT US IFThe scent is strong, harsh, worsening, or is not fading. Leave the vehicle and seek appropriate medical help if anyone develops serious eye, breathing, or other physical symptoms.

WHAT MAY BE HAPPENING
Some older or deep-set residue can move back toward the surface as fibers dry. This is often called wicking, but we need photos before deciding what caused the spot.
BEFORE ADDING PRODUCTSAvoid scrubbing or applying another cleaner until we review it; extra treatment can change the material or make the original concern harder to assess.
SEND IT FOR REVIEWEmail a written description and clear photos within 24 hours. We’ll investigate and explain the available next step.
Email photos for review -
WHY IT MAY SHOW LATER
Different lighting, defrost heat, or overnight humidity can reveal residue that was difficult to see during the final walkthrough.
SAFE TO TRYUse a clean, dry microfiber with light pressure. Avoid household glass products unless they are specifically marked safe for automotive tint and the treated surface.
SEND IT FOR REVIEWIf it does not wipe clear, email a written description and photos within 24 hours so we can review the concern.

Check the seat before sitting.Light dampness can remain after extraction, but it should be improving rather than saturated.

Let cleaned surfaces settle before adding products.Avoid applying another dressing or cleaner immediately after service.
Use a clean, dry microfiber for light dust.Do not scrub an area that looks unusual; photograph it first.
Do not wipe dry dust from the paint.Wait for a proper wash rather than dragging particles across the surface.
Rinse bird droppings or sap gently as soon as practical.Avoid aggressive scrubbing or an unverified chemical on the treated surface.
Follow only product-specific instructions we separately provide.Cure and first-wash timing varies by the protection product used.
Send the details while they’re fresh.
