Clear the spaces you want cleaned.
Remove belongings, valuables, trash and loose items. Empty the storage areas you want us to clean.
Child seats: only if you want underneath cleaned.
Remove child seats and boosters if you want the area underneath cleaned. Installed seats stay in.
Leave room to work.
Park where we can safely reach your vehicle. Leave enough clearance around it for us to set up and work.
Have keys and access ready.
Sort out keys, gates and parking access for your arrival window. Send any access instructions or important vehicle details before the visit.
We check the car with you. Any proposed change to service scope or price is reviewed with you before changed work starts.
If plans change
Keep us in the loop.
Use the Manage appointment link in your confirmation for available changes. For changes inside 48 hours, contact us.
Text (760) 802-0086One reschedule without a rescheduling penalty requires at least 48 hours’ notice, a replacement appointment confirmed within 14 calendar days of the original appointment date, your continued responsiveness, and availability.
Cancellation and no-show fees follow the Booking Policy. Any proposed fee is reviewed before a separate itemized invoice is sent. Signing does not authorize an automatic charge.
