arrival window

We schedule you within a 30-minute arrival window. That said, real-world conditions — traffic, job overruns — can push timing. If anything shifts, we'll text you immediately. The absolute maximum wait from your scheduled window is 2 hours, and we'll never show up without a heads-up first.

No need to wait by the car. Just make sure the vehicle is accessible and ready to go before we get there.

Before we arrive

Remove all personal items

Seats, trunk, glove box, and console — we need full access to every surface.

Remove child seats

Take them out so we can clean the area underneath fully.

Park it accessibly

Leave enough clearance around the vehicle for us to set up and work comfortably.

Watch for our text

We'll send a heads-up before we leave and keep you posted if anything changes.

We take before and after photos on every job for quality documentation. Images may be used in our portfolio to showcase our work.
